Cleaning your Casa Stone Quartz Surface is easy.

To keep your Casa Stone countertops clean and beautiful, routinely clean with a soft washcloth and mild detergents that are non-bleach and non-abrasive. Avoid cleaning with highly acidic or alkaline cleaners, such as nail polish remover, turpentine, oven cleaners, bleach, drain cleaners, dishwasher rinsing agents, or methylene chloride.

Wipe up spills as soon as possible.

Casa Stone Quartz Surfaces are highly resistant to stains. However, when spills are left for periods of time, they may cause damage or stains to the countertops. Keep your Casa Stone Quartz Surfaces beautiful by wiping up liquid spills or stains as soon as possible. This includes fruit juices, tea, coffee as well as chemical cleaners such as nail polish removers, oven cleaners, bleach, etc.

Hot Objects

Casa Stone Quartz Surfaces are highly heat resistant and can resist temperatures of up to 300 °F (149 °C) (150 Celsius. However, the surfaces can still be susceptible to damage by quick changes in temperature, also known as “thermal shock”. When working with hot objects on countertops, always remember to place a trivet or hot pad below hot pans,t crock pots and elv;vectric skillets. This will help prevent thermal shock and keep your quartz surfaces safe for use.

Prevent Scratches

Casa Stone Quartz Surfaces are highly scratch resistant, however, they are not scratch-proof and can still be damaged when forcefully hit with sharp objects. To keep your Casa Stone countertops in beautiful conditions, avoid using knives directly on the quartz surfaces. Always use a cutting board placed on top of the Casa Stone countertop to avoid damage.

Avoid applying pressure or force on your countertops.

While Casa Stone is highly crack and chip resistant, it is important to ensure that there is strong and robust cabinetry support below it. Avoid applying heavy pressure or force on your countertops.

Cleaning Oil or other Stains

The most commonly faced issue with countertops are cleaning off oil and other stains. Use a degreasing cleanser to clean off grease. Rinse with water immediately after cleaning. For more stubborn stains or adhesives such as gum, grease or paint, scrape away with a plastic putty knife and wipe clean.
